It’s important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

All orders at SERICA NOX are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping time

Shipping duration usually ranges from 2 days to 10 days, depending upon the location & address entered at the checkout page.

Local delivery

Deliveries are made from morning 8am to evening 7pm on all days except Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

Currently this feature is not available.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all the countries. However, delivery rates and timelines may differ from country to country. Incase of online supplies, the same shall be affected to your registered email ID within 48 hours. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT & GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SERICA NOX is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
